Skillbuilder: Flying Geese

Service Description

Intimidated by flying geese? Don't be! These fun quilt blocks can be so versatile, either used alone in a quilt or with other blocks for a fun twist! This class will teach you how to construct flying geese using the traditional and 4-at-a-time methods. The class will also cover fabric preparation, cutting your fabric, working with directional fabrics, piecing, and trimming flying geese. At the conclusion of the class, students can expect: • To learn various methods for making flying geese • To layout and assemble flying geese in a variety of designs • NOTE: You will not complete a project in this class; however, all of the individual elements will be created for you to complete your project on your own

Cancellation Policy You may cancel a class registration via email, hollisthreads@gmail.com or by phone at 817-862-9055. Cancellations with more than 3 days prior notice may request a full refund. Cancellations received 1 - 3 days before the class will receive credit towards another class. Any cancellations on the day of the class cannot be refunded or transferred.
